- Build standardized operational processes, monitoring mechanisms, and governance frameworks. Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve complex business issues and ensure strategies are effectively implemented and scaled.
- Develop and continuously refine strategy methodologies, KPI frameworks, and best practices. Adapt and innovate strategies in response to evolving business needs to support sustainable, long-term business growth.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Economics, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in e-Commerce or governance area.
- Strong data analytical skills, with the ability to independently define business objectives, design process and diagnostic metrics, identify insights through ongoing data monitoring, and drive optimization based on data.
- Proven experience in strategy development and implementation, with strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and execution skills.
- Strong understanding of e-Commerce operations and a holistic view of the business, with strong strategic planning and critical thinking skills and the ability to develop independent perspectives and insights.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $151050 - $342000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
