Job Responsibilities:
Position Overview
Electrical Engineering student is to support the Product Engineering Lead and the development team in product development activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Basic understanding of Electrical circuits and ability to read and understand Electrical Schematics
- Perform Electrical Engineering tasks like analyze circuits, test electrical circuits, and create test plans.
- Be able to work as a team and learn Electrical Engineering tasks
- Directly supports the Product Engineering Lead with various program duties including testing/collecting data, ECU preparation, part allocation and issue resolution
- Follow up with the team to complete assigned tasks as required
- Support day to day tasks that are assigned by the Production Engineering Lead as requested
- Support environmental testing with documentations, bench setup and sample prep
- Learn and become proficient with SW programing and bench testing of ECU’s
Qualifications
- Some related experience preferred
Education / Experience:
- High School Diploma
- Currently Attending a College/ University while working toward an engineering degree (electrical embedded system, or similar degree).
Special Knowledge / Skills:
- Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong technical and analytical competence in select areas of technology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Comfortable working with minimal direction in some cases
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Willing to broaden knowledge outside of respective degree path
