Job Responsibilities:
About the Role
Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to support the company's hiring needs. Gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes and HR operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Support job posting and advertisement on various platforms
- Review resumes and shortlist potential candidates
- Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews
- Assist with candidate communication and follow-ups
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems
- Participate in recruitment events and career fairs
- Support onboarding and new hire documentation
- Help coordinate and manage activities for the summer student program
- Serve as a point of contact for summer interns and facilitate their integration
Who we are looking for
Education
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Familiarity with MS Office and social media platforms
Your preferred qualifications
- Prior internship or experience in HR, recruitment, or related fields
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of employment laws and best practices in hiring
- Proficiency in social media and digital recruiting tools
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and eagerness to develop HR skills
