Job Responsibilities:

About the Role

Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to support the company's hiring needs. Gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes and HR operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Support job posting and advertisement on various platforms
• Review resumes and shortlist potential candidates
• Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews
• Assist with candidate communication and follow-ups
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems
• Participate in recruitment events and career fairs
• Support onboarding and new hire documentation
• Help coordinate and manage activities for the summer student program
• Serve as a point of contact for summer interns and facilitate their integration

Who we are looking for

Education

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Familiarity with MS Office and social media platforms

Your preferred qualifications

• Prior internship or experience in HR, recruitment, or related fields
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of employment laws and best practices in hiring
• Proficiency in social media and digital recruiting tools
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and eagerness to develop HR skills
