Position Summary

JetTech System USA Corporation is seeking a Bilingual (Mandarin/English) Electrical Construction Project Manager to support electrical, industrial automation, and semiconductor construction projects based in Phoenix, Arizona.

This position is responsible for project planning, scheduling, customer communication, construction coordination, and project documentation while working closely with engineers, Electrical Foremen, field technicians, and customers to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Management

• Plan, coordinate, and manage electrical construction and industrial automation projects.
• Develop project schedules, work plans, and project timelines.
• Monitor project progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Customer & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, engineers, Electrical Foremen, and field teams.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
• Resolve project issues and support smooth project execution.

Project Execution & Field Support

• Review construction drawings, electrical drawings, and technical documents.
• Support field installation, equipment startup, testing, and project acceptance.
• Work closely with Electrical Foremen to monitor construction quality and project progress.
• Coordinate material procurement, equipment delivery, and project resources.

Documentation & Cost Control

• Maintain project documentation, construction records, and progress reports.
• Assist with RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, and other project documentation.
• Track project costs, material usage, and construction progress.
• Support project closeout and final documentation.

Safety & Quality

• Ensure projects comply with company safety policies and customer requirements.
• Support site safety programs and quality control procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, construction management, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in industrial construction, semiconductor facilities, or advanced manufacturing projects is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and industrial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.

Communication & Leadership

• Bilingual communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, construction teams, and cross-functional departments.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting TSMC, Intel, or other semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
• Experience with industrial automation, PLCs, or control systems.
• Experience in electrical construction, system integration, or industrial projects.
• Experience working on industrial construction, high-tech manufacturing, or EPC projects.
