Job description:
* Individual is experienced performing the Electrician activities listed below on their own with little to no guidance or assistance from a Skill Trades Leader in a machine tool manufacturing environment.
Electrician Activities:
- Wire machinery from drawings and bill of material
- Wire panels
- Install communication blocks
- Wire Ethernet
- Wire auxiliary power
- Wire robots
- Wire safety circuits
- Wire 480V
- Tie in Tools/ Final dress of tools to controls
- Install temporary power
- Bend and install conduit
- Prepare tool with I/O block, Device Net and duct work
- Verify tags, tag units and cords
- Run cords and dress tool per customer requirements
- Ability to drill, tap and ream holes
- Use of hand saw, drill press and grinders

- Straight Blade Screwdriver (Small & Med)

- Tape Measure (Metric and Standard)
- Combination Square
- Allen Wrenches (Metric and Standard)
- Socket Wrench Set (Metric & Standard)
- Combination Wrench Set (1/4” to 3/4”) & (7mm to 16mm)
- Crescent Wrench (6” & 10”)
- Torpedo Level with Magnet base
- Files (small and med)
- Tap Handle
- Air Nozzle
- Air Drill
- Air Die grinder
- Air 90 Deg. Polish
Client reserves the right to deny any contractor assigned to work at any facility if the required tools listed above are not brought with them to work the job hired. This will be at the cost of the contract house, not at the cost of client.

Client will NOT supply any of the tools listed above. Workers must come onsite with the proper tools to handle the job hired to complete.
