Summary of the Role
The Senior Director of Civil Engineering - Regional Practice Leader, is responsible for growing, strengthning, and leading Core States Group's regional civil engineering practices across the nation.
This leader will build strong teams, expand client relationships, develop leaders, improve practice performance, and drive sustainable growth across Core States Group's regional businesses. - Lead and grow regional civil engineering practices across the nation with accountability for client service, team performance, overall financial performance, quality, and sustainable growth.
- Develop and execute regional practice strategies aligned with Core States Group’s business objectives, market opportunities, and client priorities.
- Strengthen local brand recognition, operational density, cultural density, and regional market presence in priority office markets.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing and emerging markets and help position Core States for long-term regional success.
