As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Reporting to Data Center and Delivery Engineering (DCDE) StratOps Lead, you will own analytical programs including headcount modeling, capacity planning, and organizational analytics.

In this role, you will engage with leaders to design well-constructed analyses, developing decision support models (such as resource and headcount modeling, growth analysis, and metrics) that unlock strategic and tactical insights through key performance indicators and targets. Working cross-functionally with Analysts, Operations, Engineers, and Team Leaders, you will deliver innovative, actionable recommendations.

You will have five or more years of relevant experience, is comfortable operating in a high-paced, changing environment, and can navigate ambiguity while managing multiple functions efficiently. This position requires strong communication, analytics, and organization skills to build partnerships across Google Data Centers (GDC) and Technical Infrastructure (TI), and includes travel up to thirty percent of the time as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and structure critical business problems, distilling complex data into core issues and actionable, high-impact recommendations.
• Own the DCDE Headcount Model, aligning staffing ratios and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) forecasting methodologies with Finance, HR, and DCDE leadership.
• Partner with central DCData-AI to coordinate data pipelines, model enhancements, and automated reporting infrastructure.
• Deliver capacity reporting, organizational health metrics, and executive operational dashboards to translate complex data into actionable insight.
• Manage recurring planning syncs and cross-pillar communications to maintain accurate resource plans through organizational changes and implement process improvements to reduce reporting toil, enhance data quality, and accelerate workforce planning cycles.
