What You'll Do
- Assess safety in the field: Conduct job walks, inspections, and scheduled quality, environmental, health and safety (QEHS) assessments at customer sites and company facilities.
- Help teams plan safe work: Support site-specific safety plans, identify program gaps, and help operations teams put practical improvements in place.
- Support incident investigations: Help gather information, facilitate root cause discussions, and recommend corrective actions.
- Partner with operations leaders: Communicate findings and advise managers on ways to meet operational needs while protecting employees and visitors.
- Deliver safety training: Support training sessions, safety communications, and awareness initiatives that connect requirements to the work employees perform.
- Coordinate across stakeholders: Work with customer representatives, company personnel, and regulatory agencies; support workers' compensation matters as needed.
- Track progress and maintain records: Document assessments, findings, and corrective actions; participate in performance meetings; and maintain required reports and records.
- Support consistent standards: Help communicate and implement applicable EHS requirements across multiple work locations.
