What youll do
- Lead installation, removal, and relocation of CNC and manual machine tools.
- Interpret and create wiring diagrams, electrical layouts, and schematics.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems; identify root cause and resolve.
- Apply Lock Out/Tag Out whenever servicing equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and audit-ready workspace aligned with PM schedules.
- Model safe behavior; report and correct unsafe conditions immediately.
- Flex to support additional maintenance tasks as assigned.
Must-haves
- 3+ years in manufacturing with exposure to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- 3+ years maintaining CNC and manual equipment (HS Diploma, Trade school certification, or GED preferred).
- 2+ years diagnosing/repairing hydraulic & pneumatic circuits plus heating, cooling, and general building systems.
- 2+ years reading blueprints, mechanical prints, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- 2+ years using micrometers, gauges, meters, calipers, and precision instruments.
- Clear written and verbal communication; fluent in English.
- Independent, collaborative, and strong problem-solver under time pressure.

- On-site industrial environment with exposure to noise, temperature variation, fumes, and chemicals.
