Senior Level ERP Business Analyst Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a senior level erp business analyst job?
Employers hiring at the senior level want candidates who have owned full-cycle ERP implementations, not just supported them. Lead with specific system experience, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, and demonstrate that you have driven requirements, managed stakeholders, and resolved issues that affected go-live timelines. Certifications tied to your ERP platform and a history of mentoring junior analysts sharpen your candidacy considerably.
Which companies hire senior level erp business analysts?
Companies hiring senior level erp business analysts right now include Hunter Douglas, Cognizant, and Hunter Douglas, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. At this level, hiring comes primarily from large enterprises and consulting firms that run complex, multi-module ERP environments and need analysts who can lead without close supervision.
Are there remote senior level erp business analyst jobs?
Yes, remote and hybrid arrangements are common at this level. About 55% of senior level erp business analyst openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting how much of the requirements, configuration, and stakeholder work can be done outside a central office. On-site roles still exist, particularly during implementation phases that require hands-on coordination.
What makes a erp business analyst role senior level?
A senior level erp business analyst is expected to own the solution, not just document it. That means leading business process redesign, making configuration recommendations without escalation, managing relationships with executive stakeholders, and setting standards that junior and mid-level analysts follow. The scope typically extends across multiple modules or business units, and the expectation is that you deliver outcomes with limited direction.
Which industries hire the most senior level erp business analysts?
Senior Level erp business analyst roles concentrate in Consulting & Professional Services, Consumer Goods, and Healthcare & Medical Services, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. These sectors tend to run large, integrated ERP environments with ongoing transformation programs, creating sustained demand for senior analysts who can bridge technical configuration and business strategy.
