About the Team
In the Organizational Culture (OC) department, our Internal Marketing and Engagement team (Global Event Hub) focuses on creating enriching activities and engagements for employees. What experience should I have?
Responsibilities:
1. Global Campaigns & Projects
- Lead the regional rollout of global culture campaigns, employee engagement programs, and other strategic initiatives across AMS region, from regional planning through local execution.
- Manage the full project lifecycle at the regional level, driving program planning, event production, communications, on-site operations, budget tracking, risk management, and post-event evaluation.

2. Build and maintain partnerships with regional and local stakeholders across Business Lines and functional teams, identifying collaboration opportunities that support culture campaigns, strategic projects, and employee engagement priorities.

3. Consolidate and coordinate regional resources across Business Lines and partner teams, including events, communication channels, employee networks, and operational support, to enable effective campaign delivery.

4. Regional POC & Collaboration

5. Serve as the AMS regional POC for the OC–Internal Marketing & Engagement team, connecting global direction with regional priorities and local operational needs.
6. Partner with local functional teams on ongoing operational programs and inquiries, providing guidance on OC-related processes, guidelines and next steps.

7. Maintain and activate local Culture Buddy communities to expand local reach, strengthen employee participation, and support program delivery.

8. Local Applications & Requests

9. Review and approve internal event and promotional requests submitted by local teams, ensuring alignment with global standards and requirements.
10. Advise requestors on brand guidelines, operational processes, feasibility, and the effective use of available regional resources.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years working experience within Organizational Culture, Event Marketing, Employee Engagement and/or similar type of experience.
- Have a keen sense of cross-cultural communication. A global mindset is a must-have as it's inherent in daily communication in and out of the department.
- Possess basic knowledge of marketing operations and execution process (i.e. from design, vendor sourcing, production to launch).
- Tech savvy with essential computer skills and office tools (e.g. document, excel, ppt, etc) and be able to present basic data reports.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or above in Communications or Marketing is preferable.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Previous background in creative and/or event management companies is advantageous.
- Possible opportunities to travel.

Job Information

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $121600 - $208800 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
