How do I get a executive assistant job in Phoenix?
The strongest demand for executive assistants in Phoenix is in financial services firms along the Camelback Corridor, healthcare networks anchored in the medical district, and corporate headquarters Downtown. Candidates who stand out combine strong calendar and project coordination skills with proficiency in tools like Microsoft 365 and Salesforce. Targeting mid-size companies in real estate and tech, which are expanding rapidly in Phoenix, also opens doors that larger enterprise roles may not.
Which companies hire executive assistants in Phoenix?

Phoenix's mix of regional corporate headquarters, large healthcare systems, and financial services firms creates consistent demand across both full-time and contract executive assistant roles.

Yes, though executive assistant roles are less remote-friendly than purely analytical jobs because they rely heavily on in-person access to executives and physical office logistics. About 0% of executive assistant openings tied to Phoenix are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, with hybrid schedules more common than fully remote. Tech companies and startups based in Tempe and North Phoenix tend to offer the most schedule flexibility.
How can I get a executive assistant job in Phoenix with little or no experience?
