Entry Level Executive Compensation Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level executive compensation job?
Entry level executive compensation roles look for candidates with a foundation in HR, finance, or business, along with exposure to compensation data, equity analysis, or total rewards concepts from coursework or internships. Familiarity with tools like Excel and compensation survey platforms gives candidates a clear edge. Certifications such as the Certified Compensation Professional designation signal commitment and can help a new candidate stand out in a competitive applicant pool.
Which companies hire entry level executive compensations?
Companies hiring entry level executive compensations right now include Jobot, Sedgwick, and Garces, Grabler & LeBrocq, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. At this level, hiring tends to come from large corporations, financial institutions, and HR consulting firms with dedicated compensation functions that routinely bring in junior analysts to support executive pay programs.
Are there remote entry level executive compensation jobs?
Yes, though availability varies by employer and role type. About 43% of entry level executive compensation openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting broader flexibility in HR and finance functions. Larger organizations with distributed teams are most likely to post remote-eligible roles, while some early-career positions still require on-site presence for mentorship and collaboration.
Are these new grad executive compensation jobs?
Yes, many of these openings are new grad and junior roles that explicitly welcome recent graduates with zero to two years of experience, relevant internships, or a strong academic background in compensation, HR, or finance. A new grad-friendly posting typically does not require prior executive pay experience and may list coursework, internship contributions, or a portfolio of analytical work as acceptable qualifications.
Which industries hire the most entry level executive compensations?
Entry Level executive compensation roles concentrate in Technology & Software, Law & Legal Services, and Healthcare & Medical Services, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. These sectors tend to drive entry level hiring because they maintain large, complex executive pay programs that require dedicated analyst support to manage benchmarking, disclosure, and equity grant administration at scale.
