Location: Lenexa, KS
The Associate HRBP, GMSQ will partner with the Sr. HRBP, GMSQ in leading and managing the day-to-day HR operations for Ceva’s Global Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality business unit across two locations in Lenexa, KS and Anniston, AL as well as Ceva’s Autogenous Vaccine business unit in Madison, WI. This role supports the execution of Ceva HR’s policies, procedures, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities and Key Duties:
- Serves as a subject matter expert across various HR topics while providing support and guidance to Ceva leadership regarding the application of company policies, procedures and processes. Provides HR-related coaching to leaders and employees as needed
- Supports line-level leaders in resolving workplace issues, facilitating communication between employees and leadership, and promoting a positive work culture through conflict resolution and effective feedback processes
- Partners with Sr. HRBP to conduct escalated investigations and determine resolutions for complex violations and/or issues
- Acts as a strategic advisor to the Talent Acquisition team by providing position insights (including compensation analyzation), reviewing and updating job descriptions, partnering with hiring managers to shepherd the hiring process, and attending interviews as needed
- In partnership with production leaders, facilitates ongoing review of the production career ladder, including eligibility tracking, assessments, and promotion processing
- Supports the Sr. HRBP in monitoring/tracking annual employee performance cycles, assist in delivering performance calibrations, and provide guidance on goal setting and developmental plans for employees
- Participates in annual engagement survey planning and data review, as well as the coordination and implementation of actions meant to enhance engagement across all levels of the organization
- Conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation and analyzes resulting data to communicate potential actionable deficiencies (e.g. leader training, benefits, etc.)
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; makes suggestions for policy, process, and program improvements
- All other duties as assigned

- Administrative – Attention to detail and assurance of data integrity in HR systems.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4+ years) in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organization Development, or closely related field required.
Work Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR-related experience with preference in a manufacturing and/or life sciences environment. Has demonstrable knowledge of applicable federal, state and local employment and labor laws. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Experience working with HRIS systems
Other: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to read, write legibly and communicate in English
- Capable of working extensively with computers
- Tasks frequently require prolonged mental and visual concentration
