Executive Operations Partner Jobs in Oklahoma: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a executive operations partner in Oklahoma?
Most Oklahoma employers require a bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a closely related field, with some senior roles preferring an MBA. There is no state-issued license specific to this role in Oklahoma. Candidates typically build toward the position through progressive roles in operations coordination or project management within Oklahoma industries such as energy, healthcare, or government contracting, then demonstrate leadership impact across departments before moving into a partner-level title.
Which companies hire executive operations partners in Oklahoma?
Oklahoma executive operations partner roles are posted by Amazon, Sun Life, and Waterfield Technologies and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Oklahoma's energy sector headquarters, major health systems, and state agency offices are among the most consistent sources of openings for this role.
Which Oklahoma cities have the most executive operations partner jobs?
Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and Oklahoma have the most executive operations partner openings in Oklahoma. Oklahoma City leads because it concentrates the state government, large health systems, and energy company headquarters, while Tulsa's refining, manufacturing, and financial services base drives consistent demand, and Edmond's proximity to major corporate campuses along the I-35 corridor adds to its share of openings.
Are there remote executive operations partner jobs in Oklahoma?
Yes, though they are less common than fully on-site arrangements, since this role typically requires close coordination with executive leadership in person. About 50% of executive operations partner openings tied to Oklahoma are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, with hybrid schedules more prevalent than fully remote. The strategic planning and reporting components of the role are most likely to be performed off-site.
How can I get hired as a executive operations partner in Oklahoma with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through an operations coordinator or executive assistant role at a large Oklahoma employer such as a major health system, an energy company, or a state agency, where you gain direct exposure to senior leadership workflows. SSM Health and ONEOK, among others, hire operations associates who can grow into partner-level functions.
