Job Description: New Construction Field Manager
Reports To: Branch Manager
Assignment Focus: The New Construction Field Manager will focus on managing new construction installations and punch out lists for large national and regional general contractors. The primary function of this position will be communicating with site superintendents and our internal staff to coordinate new installations by walking jobs prior to and just after installation. The secondary function will be to communicate with our internal team to take care of any outstanding punch items prior to turning the building over to the owners.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Pre-walk jobs, oversee installations, and post-walk jobs after installation to verify quality
- Work directly with the Coordinator and Installation teams to coordinate installations, punch work, and warranty work
- Complete minor touch-ups and repairs as needed
- Ensure field has necessary materials for jobs, coordinate the delivery of materials as needed
- Address customer concerns and issues, escalating them as necessary for job completion and customer satisfaction
- Represent the company at jobsite meetings

- Ability to read and interpret floorplans, selections, and specifications
- Desire to seek out most efficient and effective way to solve problems and complete tasks
- High quality standards and confidence
- Strong communication skills and willingness to call superintendents discuss concerns
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills are essential
