Mid Level Field Marketing Manager Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a mid level field marketing manager job?
Position yourself around ownership, not just execution. Highlight campaigns you led from planning through post-event analysis, any regional or national scope you managed, and measurable outcomes like pipeline contribution or event-sourced revenue. Employers at this level want to see that you can run a program with minimal hand-holding, so frame your experience around decisions you made, not tasks you completed.
Which companies hire mid level field marketing managers?
Companies hiring mid level field marketing managers right now include Veeva Systems, Ema, and AltaMed Health Services, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. At this level, hiring comes from a mix of growth-stage technology companies, enterprise software vendors, and consumer brands that run active field or event programs and need marketers who can operate independently in the market.
Are there remote mid level field marketing manager jobs?
Yes, though many roles still require regional travel for events and activations. About 43% of mid level field marketing manager openings are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, covering roles where strategy, vendor coordination, and reporting happen off-site even when in-person execution is required. Searching by location flexibility on Migrate Mate helps narrow to those openings.
How do I move up to a mid level field marketing manager role?
The path from entry level to mid level is built on demonstrated ownership. In your first two to three years, take on projects you can see through from brief to results, document the pipeline or revenue impact you contributed, and volunteer to lead event logistics or regional initiatives. Hiring managers look for people who expanded their scope over time, not just those who stayed in their lane and executed reliably.
Which industries hire the most mid level field marketing managers?
Mid Level field marketing manager roles concentrate in Technology & Software, Healthcare & Medical Services, and Consulting & Professional Services, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. These sectors tend to rely heavily on in-person engagement, regional demand generation, and channel partner programs, all of which require marketers with enough experience to run field strategy independently rather than just support senior leads.
