About the Role
This is a dynamic, field-based position—not a desk job. Every day brings new environments, new systems, and new challenges. You'll gain hands-on experience across multiple disciplines within IT and low-voltage technologies while supporting a wide variety of commercial clients.

- Network deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting

- Structured cabling (Category 6, fiber optic, and data infrastructure)

- Audio/Visual installation and control systems
- Wireless network deployments
- Technology infrastructure design and implementation
This broad exposure allows our technicians to develop a well-rounded skill set and become capable of supporting a wide range of business environments.
You'll work with clients across retail, hospitality, multifamily residential, commercial, manufacturing, healthcare, education, and government sectors, providing installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and infrastructure deployment services.

Requirements
- Reliable transportation to travel to client sites throughout New England
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Working knowledge of Windows and macOS
- Experience with desktop support and end-user assistance
- Familiarity with networking concepts including VPNs, firewalls, switching, and wireless networking
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to accurately document completed work and maintain detailed project records
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing field environments
- Ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and perform physical installation work as required
