POSITION SUMMARY
Our jobs aren’t just about giving guests a smooth check-in and check-out. Instead, we want to build and experience that is memorable and unique. Our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done. Whether processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, or sharing the highlights of the local area, the Guest Experience Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.
No matter what position you are in, there are a few things that are critical to success – creating a safe work place, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional. Guest Experience Experts will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time) and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance). Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Experience Experts – to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.

Front Desk Agent Jobs in Fort Lauderdale: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a front desk agent job in Fort Lauderdale?
The most direct path in Fort Lauderdale is targeting the city's hospitality corridor along the beach and Las Olas Boulevard, where hotels, resorts, and extended-stay properties hire year-round. Healthcare clinic networks and commercial property management firms in the Flagler Village and downtown core also post consistently. Candidates who can speak conversational Spanish and have experience with property management or hotel reservation systems stand out in this market.
Which companies hire front desk agents in Fort Lauderdale?
Fort Lauderdale front desk agent roles are posted by Marriott International, Associa, and Four Seasons and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. The city's employer mix skews heavily toward waterfront hotels, outpatient medical practices, and commercial office landlords managing multi-tenant buildings near the financial district.
Are there remote front desk agent jobs in Fort Lauderdale?
Yes, though true remote work is uncommon for this role since most front desk agent positions require an on-site presence to greet guests, manage check-ins, or support office operations. About 0% of front desk agent openings tied to Fort Lauderdale are remote or hybrid as of September 2026. The remote-eligible share tends to come from virtual receptionist roles at Fort Lauderdale-based professional services firms and telehealth providers.
How can I get a front desk agent job in Fort Lauderdale with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry point is applying to the large hotel and resort properties along Fort Lauderdale Beach, which regularly hire for seasonal front desk and guest services associate roles that require no prior experience. Smaller boutique hotels in the FLAGLER Arts and Technology Village and urgent care clinics in the suburbs also train entry-level candidates on the job. Fluency in customer-facing communication and basic computer proficiency give applicants a clear edge over other newcomers.
