Miami Beach Scooter is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This is an in-person customer service position focused on helping customers, answering questions, assisting with basic sales and rental inquiries, and supporting the daily operations of our scooter dealership.
Fluent English and Spanish are required.
Previous scooter or motorcycle knowledge is not required. We will provide training and teach you what you need to know.
What You’ll Do
Your main responsibility will be helping customers and making sure they have a good experience with our business.
Daily tasks may include:
- Greeting customers and helping them at the front desk
- Answering phone calls, text messages, and emails
- Communicating with customers in English and Spanish
- Answering basic questions about scooters, rentals, service, and parts
- Helping customers with scooter rental paperwork
- Assisting with scooter sales inquiries
- Scheduling service appointments
- Giving customers basic updates about their repairs
- Helping with simple parts inquiries
- Following up with customers and sales leads
- Processing payments and paperwork
- Keeping customer information organized
- Helping keep the showroom and front-desk area organized
- Supporting the rest of the team with normal day-to-day tasks
You will not be expected to already know everything about scooters or motorcycles. Our team will help train you on our products, services, and procedures.

Experience
Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, rental, or sales experience is helpful, but extensive experience is not required.
Experience with scooters, motorcycles, automotive repair, or dealerships is also not required.
We are willing to train someone who is dependable, communicates well, learns quickly, and treats customers professionally.
Compensation
- $15.00 per hour
- Additional sales commissions

About the Position
