The Solution Architect translates business vision into technology solutions, designing enterprise-grade architectures that support innovation and efficiency. This role connects stakeholders across the organization to ensure solutions align with implementation-focused objectives and technology standards.
As an AI Solution Architect, you will provide technical support and architectural guidance focused on artificial intelligence solutions, including generative AI and machine learning. You'll partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, design scalable solutions that support business value, and guide the adoption of AI technologies while ensuring responsible practices, proper governance, and enterprise integration.
What You'll Do:
- Provide implementation-focused architectural support on standard initiatives across multiple platforms and technologies.
- Design, document, and implement solid technology solutions that meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed application portfolio roadmaps.
- Ensure adherence to architecture standards, security policies, and governance frameworks in all solutions.
- Lead efforts in selecting and standardizing tools, platforms, and design patterns.
- Conduct technical reviews, solution assessments, and engage in architecture discussions.
- Provide architectural and technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with program and project teams to ensure alignment between architecture and delivery roadmaps.
- Create and maintain thorough documentation and artifacts related to solution architecture.
- Analyze the organizational, operational, and financial impacts of proposed solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to assess their relevance and potential impact on business needs.
- Maintain knowledge of technology trends and their implications for current systems and future projects.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure cohesive alignment between business objectives and IT capabilities.

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
