The Senior Analyst partners with project leads, product teams, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to improve team effectiveness, enable successful change adoption, and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen delivery and business outcomes.
The position is best suited for someone who can operate comfortably in cross-functional environments, translate strategy into practical actions, and support execution with a high degree of ownership and initiative. The ideal candidate anticipates needs, exercises sound judgment, adapts to changing priorities, and helps others succeed without relying on formal authority or heavy supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with project teams and leaders on deliverables, including creating content, supporting execution of key programs, events, and workshops, and contributing to transformation initiatives and other workstreams that advance department and CFO group priorities. Proactively identify opportunities, anticipate team needs, and take ownership of work that improves outcomes and accelerates progress.
- Facilitate working sessions, retrospectives, workshops, and planning meetings to align stakeholders, clarify decisions, build shared ownership, and support effective execution. Adapt facilitation and leadership style to meet the needs of the team and the situation.
- Maintain action logs, decision records, risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively escalate items that could affect delivery or adoption while driving accountability, removing obstacles where appropriate, and helping teams maintain momentum through implementation.
- Develop clear, audience-appropriate deliverables such as project updates, status summaries, executive presentations, talking points, change impact assessments, adoption plans, and stakeholder communications that simplify complex information and enable informed decision-making.
- Use data, observations, stakeholder feedback, and lessons learned to track progress, surface risks, recommend adjustments, and continuously improve delivery practices, change adoption, and business outcomes.
- Assess initiatives' change needs by identifying adoption risks, evaluating organizational readiness, and developing practical plans that support user readiness, sustained behavior change, and long-term adoption.
- Support the design and execution of change activities, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management, while building confidence, capability, and ownership within teams to sustain change beyond implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3-5+ years of experience in Agile delivery, project support, business analysis, transformation, change management, or similar roles, with demonstrated success supporting cross-functional initiatives in dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with Agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban, with experience supporting Agile ceremonies and enabling effective team delivery. Demonstrated ability to adapt ways of working to meet evolving business and team needs is strongly preferred.
- Foundational understanding of organizational change management methods, including change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, training support, resistance management, and strategies that enable sustained adoption and long-term business outcomes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare polished presentations, tailor messages for diverse audiences, facilitate productive discussions, and influence without formal authority.
- High proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word. Experience with Jira or similar work management tools is a plus.
- Comfort using emerging technologies, including generative AI, to enhance problem solving, improve productivity, accelerate learning, and create high-quality deliverables. Demonstrates curiosity, sound judgment, and a willingness to continuously learn and responsibly adopt new digital capabilities.
- Ability to build trust, collaborate across functions, foster shared ownership, and influence stakeholders through credibility, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach.
- Demonstrated learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and resilience, with the ability to seek feedback, adapt to changing priorities, and continuously improve individual and team performance.
- Experience in finance, operations, entertainment, or corporate functions is a plus.
- Agile or change management certifications are preferred but not required.
Preferred Capabilities
- Comfortable presenting to managers and leaders, synthesizing complex information into clear insights, and supporting decisions with sound analysis, thoughtful recommendations, and business judgment.
- Ability to balance delivery support with change enablement while maintaining focus on practical execution, measurable outcomes, and long-term adoption. Proactively identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness and business results.
- Demonstrates ownership and initiative by anticipating needs, organizing work effectively, managing multiple priorities, and delivering high-quality results with minimal direction. Consistently follows through to ensure work is completed, adopted, and delivers intended business value.
- Demonstrates learning agility by seeking feedback, adapting quickly to changing priorities, and continuously improving approaches, processes, and team outcomes.
- Builds trust and strengthens team capability by sharing knowledge, simplifying complexity, removing obstacles, and enabling others to succeed independently.

Align your credentials to PERM job requirements
PERM requires your degree and experience to match the job description exactly. Document consulting engagements that map to the posted role, because gaps between your credentials and the employer's minimum requirements can trigger a PERM denial during DOL audit.
Target employers with active PERM filing histories
Management consulting firms, large healthcare systems, and Fortune 500 transformation offices run recurring PERM cycles. Search OFLC disclosure data by SOC code 13-1198 to identify employers who've filed for Change Management Consultants specifically, not just general business roles.
Search green card sponsoring roles through Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter Change Management Consultant openings by employers with verified EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship history, so you're applying to roles where the PERM pathway is already established rather than negotiating it from scratch.
Clarify EB-2 versus EB-3 category before accepting an offer
Employers decide which category to file under based on how they define the role. If the job requires only a bachelor's degree, expect EB-3. If it mandates an advanced degree or specialized expertise, push for EB-2 classification in writing before your start date.
Understand prevailing wage before salary negotiations
DOL sets the prevailing wage for your role and location through the OFLC Wage Search, and your employer must pay at least that amount throughout the PERM process. Knowing your wage level before negotiating prevents offers that technically comply but limit future raises during the green card timeline.
Plan for concurrent filing once your priority date is current
If you're from a country without significant visa backlogs, your employer can file the I-140 petition and your I-485 adjustment of status concurrently after PERM approval. Confirm this option with your employer's immigration counsel before the I-140 is submitted, since concurrent filing cuts your wait time substantially.
Green Card Change Management Consultant: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Change Management Consultant role qualify for EB-2 or EB-3 green card sponsorship?
It depends on how the employer defines the position. Roles requiring only a bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, or a related field typically qualify under EB-3. If the employer requires a master's degree or equivalent specialized expertise, the role can qualify under EB-2. The employer's job description controls the category, not your personal credentials alone.
How does PERM green card sponsorship differ from H-1B sponsorship for this role?
H-1B visa is a temporary work visa subject to an annual lottery, while PERM is the first step toward permanent residency with no annual cap at the EB-3 level for most countries. PERM takes longer overall, often 18 to 36 months from labor certification through green card approval, but the outcome is lawful permanent residency rather than a renewable visa status you can lose in a lottery.
What documentation should I prepare before a Change Management Consultant employer files my PERM?
You'll need official transcripts, credential evaluations if your degree is from outside the U.S., and a detailed employment history covering every position that satisfies the job's experience requirements. PERM audits require exact documentation, so gaps or vague job titles in your work history can delay the entire process by months.
How can I find Change Management Consultant jobs that already sponsor green cards?
Use Migrate Mate to search for Change Management Consultant openings filtered by employers with documented EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship history. This approach saves you from applying broadly and then discovering after an offer that the employer has never run a PERM filing or lacks the HR infrastructure to manage one.
Can I switch employers during the PERM or green card process without losing my place in line?
Once your I-140 has been approved for at least 180 days and your I-485 is pending, federal portability rules allow you to move to a same or similar occupation without restarting the process. Change Management Consultant roles often qualify as similar to adjacent consulting and organizational effectiveness positions, but your new employer's immigration counsel should confirm the SOC code match before you resign.
