Our Team
You'll be part of a dedicated manufacturing team that specializes in producing high-tolerance aerospace components. Our division thrives on collaboration, continuous improvement, and a commitment to delivering excellence to our defense and aviation partners.
Hours: 2nd Shift; 3:30PM - 2AM, Monday - Thursday (4 10-hour shifts).
Compensation in this role will range from $20 to $35 hourly based on experience.
What You Will Do
- Operate CNC machines to produce aerospace-grade components with precision and consistency.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate machining.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and report any mechanical issues.
- Inspect finished parts using measurement tools to verify conformance to specifications.
- Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to troubleshoot and optimize production processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Experience interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience utilizing measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing
- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Familiarity with ISO or AS9100 quality standards
