Complete Description:
Dynamics CRM Phase II Closeout Scope
- Completing the Permit Group Status Plugin - Automatically generating invoices and requirements when the permit groups are set to complete status. This will take into account multiple permits, multiple groups, existing invoices and existing requirements.
- Invoice Paid Logic - This status is vital in the operation of the system as the current plugin logic checks for invoice status for several reasons in the Permit Group Status Plugins and can even delete invoices if they are not properly marked.
- Data Transfer – Transfer all data via Scribe Insight jobs
- Permit Impacts - Auto-generate permit impacts from request impacts to prevent users from having to double enter this information. This includes projected impact imports for DOT.
- Debiting Credits – This step replaces the functionality of the ledger spreadsheet and automates its function. This includes some custom code to make sure each scenario will be accounted for.
- Online Invoice Payment – Enabling customers to make online payments. This will include meeting with John Mcneirney to establish the link and web service.
- Report Creation
- Invoice (will be multiple reports as they differ)
- Receipt
- Several advanced reports for staff
- Additional Tasks to Include Cleanup and Refinement of Database
- Creating icons for the Phase II entities
- Updating CRM Main Menu with better organization of new entities, etc.
- View Cleanup to include making views for all the new entities match
