Position Description
The UX Engineer (Employee Platforms & Enablement Engineer) designs, builds, modernizes, and supports employee-facing digital experiences and operational solutions across the organization, including ONE, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Google Workspace. A key priority for this role is transforming and rebuilding existing Power Apps and workflows in Google Workspace using AppSheet and Apps Script, so hands-on experience working across both the Microsoft and Google ecosystems is essential. The role partners with HR, People Operations, and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable, secure, well-documented solutions; manages intake and prioritization; leads requirements, testing, release, and hyper-care activities; and continuously improves employee journeys and operational processes. Support a high-volume migration of internal HR applications from Microsoft-based tools to Google-based solutions. The UX Engineer will perform hands-on development, rebuild applications, gather stakeholder requirements, support testing and validation, manage changing priorities, and collaborate with a global HR organization. The individual may serve as lead developer for assigned work while remaining closely connected to the team.

- Approximately 1-5 years of relevant industry and hands-on development experience. No new graduates without industry experience. Automotive or manufacturing experience is not required.
