Payactiv is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing on the User Lifecycle and Growth team, whose mission is to design, scale, and manage the strategic vision for customer engagement and growth across the customer lifecycle. While you possess a deep technical understanding of performance marketing analytics, your primary focus will be leading a small but high-performing team focused on cross-channel marketing campaigns while optimizing user acquisition and engagement through data-driven decision-making and experimentation. This strategic role is hands-on and highly collaborative, requiring a deep understanding of omni-channel strategies, customer behavior, and performance marketing analytics.
