- MES Sustainment: Ensure availability, performance, and configuration of Camstar MES and model new/existing products for efficient manufacturing flow
- User Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and hands-on support for work order issues in WIP and end user questions related to MES and production workflows
- LMS Management: Administer SuccessFactors LMS including configuration, course updates, certification tracking, and new employee orientation content focused on safety and quality
- Production Control: Assist in issuing production documentation, optimize weekly work order schedules to minimize late starts, and monitor WIP against milestones and ship dates
- Continuous Improvement: Identify system and process optimization opportunities across MES, LMS, and production reporting and lead implementation efforts to improve usability and integration
- Cross-functional Partnership: Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and IT to gather requirements, communicate slippages, and contribute to special projects that align systems with corporate objectives

- Experience: Internship or relevant experience in manufacturing, MES administration, or production control environments

- Process Knowledge: Understanding of factory process steps, WIP control, and ability to identify process gaps and root causes
