This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, driving cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of development, modernization, upgrade, enhancement, and support programs. The ideal candidate brings deep Healthcare Payer expertise, strong FACETS knowledge, and a proven track record of managing complex technology programs while partnering with business and technology stakeholders.
- Lead multiple concurrent projects involving FACETS application development, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and production support.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business leaders, product teams, architecture, engineering, QA, and operations teams.
- Drive Agile and/or Waterfall project execution methodologies to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Facilitate project planning, sprint reviews, release management, and executive status reporting.
- Ensure alignment of project objectives with business priorities and strategic goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams.
- Manage cross-functional teams operating in onshore/offshore delivery models.
- Support change management, production deployment planning, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
- Establish project governance, delivery metrics, and reporting mechanisms.
