H-1B1 Singapore Visa Senior Full Stack Engineer Jobs
Senior Full Stack Engineer roles qualify for H-1B1 Singapore visa sponsorship as specialty occupations requiring at least a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. The H-1B visa1 has no lottery and an annual cap of 5,400 for Singaporean nationals that has never been exhausted, so consulate processing moves faster than the H-1B track.

Join Enterprise Intelligence as an Associate Product Engineer supporting the Decision Intelligence team. This role is designed for an early-career software engineer who is passionate about building user-facing products that create measurable business impact. Working alongside product leaders, designers, data scientists, and engineers, you will help develop intelligence products that deliver actionable insights directly to field professionals at the point of decision-making.

This role offers broad exposure to product development, rapid learning opportunities, and the ability to see your work directly influence how users interact with enterprise intelligence solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using React and TypeScript, translating design concepts and wireframes into scalable, production-quality user experiences.
- Build functional prototypes and proof-of-concepts that enable rapid user feedback, product validation, and iterative development before full-scale implementation.
- Contribute reusable components, documentation, and automated tests to shared component libraries, supporting consistency and scalability across intelligence products.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product partners, data scientists, and engineers to refine requirements, provide implementation guidance, and improve product outcomes.
- Integrate APIs and data services into user-facing applications, ensuring thoughtful handling of data presentation, loading states, error conditions, and user interactions.
What You'll Bring:
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated experience building applications with React through coursework, internships, personal projects, or open-source contributions.
- Proficiency in TypeScript or strong JavaScript fundamentals, including understanding of modern front-end development practices.
- Working knowledge of SQL, including querying, joining, filtering, and aggregating data.
- Ability to translate wireframes and design specifications into functional, high-quality front-end applications with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Internship or professional experience contributing to software products or production codebases.
- Familiarity with Figma, Storybook, design systems, or component library development.
- Experience with Streamlit, Python, REST API integration, or data-driven application development.
- Exposure to testing frameworks, Git workflows, and modern software development lifecycle practices.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Visa Sponsorship as a Senior Full Stack Engineer
Translate your NUS or NTU transcript
U.S. employers verifying your degree for H-1B1 visa specialty-occupation eligibility may need a credential evaluation. Get a NACES-member evaluation that explicitly maps your Singapore bachelor's to a U.S. four-year equivalent before your first technical screen.
Search LCA filings by engineering job codes
Use the OFLC Wage Search to filter Labor Condition Applications under SOC code 15-1252 for software developers. Employers with recent certified LCAs for that code have already cleared the DOL's H-1B1 visa wage compliance step and are operationally ready to sponsor.
Flag H-1B1 eligibility early in recruiter calls
Many U.S. hiring managers conflate H-1B1 visa with H-1B and assume a lottery risk. Telling a recruiter upfront that you're a Singaporean national on a no-lottery, consulate-processed pathway often unblocks sponsors who had written off international candidates entirely.
Find sponsoring employers on Migrate Mate
Migrate Mate filters Senior Full Stack Engineer roles by verified H-1B1 Singapore LCA filing history, so you're only seeing employers who have already filed for this visa category rather than guessing from a general job board.
Confirm the offer letter references H-1B1 not H-1B
Before countersigning, verify your offer letter and any internal HR paperwork cite the H-1B1 visa classification specifically. A petition filed under the wrong visa category at USCIS cannot be reclassified after submission and requires refiling with a new LCA.
Prepare a full-stack portfolio mapped to O*NET task descriptions
Consular officers assess specialty-occupation evidence for Senior Full Stack Engineer roles against the O*NET task profile. Organising your GitHub projects and system-design samples around those listed tasks strengthens the employer's supporting documentation package at your visa interview.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Senior Full Stack Engineer role qualify as a specialty occupation under the H-1B1 Singapore visa?
Yes. Senior Full Stack Engineer positions require at least a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a directly related field, which meets the H-1B1 visa specialty-occupation definition. Your employer documents this requirement in the Labor Condition Application filed with DOL before your consulate appointment, and USCIS does not adjudicate the petition separately under H-1B1.
How does the H-1B1 Singapore visa differ from the H-1B for full stack engineering roles?
The H-1B1 visa has no lottery, carries an annual cap of 5,400 for Singaporean nationals that has never been reached, and is processed directly at the U.S. consulate without a USCIS petition. For a Senior Full Stack Engineer, that means you can pursue roles year-round rather than waiting for an April registration window, and your employer avoids the USCIS I-129 filing and its associated fees.
How do I find U.S. employers who have actually sponsored H-1B1 Singapore visas for engineering roles?
Migrate Mate filters job listings by verified H-1B1 visa LCA filing history, so you can identify employers who have already completed DOL certification for this visa category in engineering roles. That's more reliable than asking a recruiter cold, since many companies that sponsor H-1B workers haven't specifically processed an H-1B1 and may not know the process.
Can I switch employers after starting work on an H-1B1 Singapore visa?
Yes, but each new employer must file a fresh LCA with DOL and obtain consular approval before you begin work. Unlike H-1B portability under AC21, H-1B1 visa does not allow you to start with a new employer while that application is pending, so plan the transition timeline carefully with your incoming employer's HR team.
What documents should I gather before a recruiter asks about my work authorization status?
Have your Singapore passport, university transcripts with an NACES credential evaluation, and a copy of any prior U.S. visa or I-94 record ready before outreach. For Senior Full Stack Engineer roles, a portfolio demonstrating the systems-level and full-lifecycle engineering work that supports specialty-occupation evidence will also help your employer build the LCA documentation package.
