Here at Lakeside Foods, our maintenance technician team is the backbone of our operations, ensuring equipment runs optimally while maintaining the facility. Maintenance mechanics/technicians are respected versatile team members, performing mechanical and/or fabrication updates and using their knowledge to continuously improve production processes. What You’ll Get:
- $2,500 Sign On Bonus
- Competitive wages based on experience
- Non-Production/Preventative Maintenance Season (~November - May): Four 10 Hours Shifts, Monday - Thursday (Days)
- Production Season (~June - November) 12 hour shifts, 4 days on 2 days off rotating schedule (2nd Shift)

- Repair and maintain a wide variety of food processing machinery and conveyers
- Work with fabrication, installation of equipment, hydraulics and pneumatics
- Assist with maintaining product flow through the plant as needed
- Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies, procedures, and training requirements

- Mechanical aptitude
- Prior experience with mechanical maintenance preferred
- Prior welding experience is a plus
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to learn/enhance skills through on the job training
