Our Mission
At Omnea, we’re reinventing how enterprise businesses operate, starting with the most painful parts: procurement – where a single purchase can drag on for months, trigger 50+ emails, and pull in Finance, Legal, Security, and IT just to get something approved.
We’ve raised $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel to change that. Our AI-native platform connects every person, step, and system so buying is fast, safe, and efficient – one place to request, automated approvals and renewals, real-time supplier risk, and complete spend visibility.
The opportunity is massive. Every enterprise on the planet has this problem and nobody has solved it. We’ve 10x’d ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months and are trusted by global enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. We’re now the 4th fastest growing startup in Europe & the Sunday Times' #1 Best Medium Sized Tech Company To Work for.
Our team previously scaled Tessian (cybersecurity tech, backed by Sequoia, Balderton, Accel, acquired post-Series C), and our team includes ex-founders operators who’ve grown unicorns, shipped world-class products, and executed at the highest levels. You’ll work alongside leaders like Ben, Abs, Sabrina, and Rebe.

What we're looking for
Omnea is scaling fast after raising our Series B in September 2025, and hiring is one of the most critical levers we have. We're looking for a Founding Head of Talent (US GTM) to take end-to-end ownership of Go-to-Market hiring, building pipelines at scale, and establishing the foundations of our US talent function.
You'll report directly to our Head of Talent and own the complete hiring cycle for GTM roles, from strategic sourcing and outreach, through pipeline development, to candidate close. In year one, you'll focus relentlessly on building deep, qualified pipelines and meeting our hiring targets. As we scale, you'll move into defining process, coaching hiring managers, and shaping how we scale our talent function across the team.
We're building a very different kind of talent function, one focused on quality and care rather than volume and speed. This role is for someone who wants real ownership, to be embedded with senior leaders, and to help shape Omnea's team as we scale from the US market.
What can you expect?
Year one is pipeline-focused. You'll spend significant time mapping talent markets, running sourcing campaigns, managing outreach at scale, and building a personal network of top-tier GTM talent. You'll become the person who knows the best Sales, Customer Success, and Growth leaders in the market.
You'll meet challenging hiring targets for GTM roles while maintaining our bar for top 1% talent. You'll be hands-on in screening, initial conversations, and candidate management. This isn't a desk role.
You'll partner directly with GTM leadership to shape role specs, define success profiles, and stay aligned on hiring needs. You'll have real influence over who we hire and how we build the team.
Once pipelines are firing, you'll shift into defining hiring process, coaching interviewers, and building scalable systems. You'll elevate our bar by refining scorecards, obsessing over what "great" looks like, and ensuring consistency across hiring.
You'll craft compelling outreach and messaging campaigns like a salesperson. You'll cut through noise to engage passive candidates with authentic, personalized messaging that resonates.
You'll build and nurture a personal network of top GTM talent through community involvement and becoming known as the go-to person for exceptional GTM hires.
About you
You've got 5+ years in high-growth startups with GTM focus, or similar fast-paced, high-accountability environments. You know what great GTM talent looks like and you hold a high bar, but you're pragmatic, fast-moving, and solutions-oriented. Experience recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, or Growth roles is essential.
You have a track record of exceptional execution in recruiting or business development. You've met ambitious targets, built strong networks in the startup ecosystem, and people trust you to get things done.
You're ruthlessly focused on outcomes. You prioritize relentlessly, stay organized under pressure, and measure success by results, not activity. You leverage AI throughout your processes, work autonomously without compromising quality, and you nail the basics: process discipline, clear communication, and ATS hygiene.
You're entrepreneurial and want real ownership. You're not looking for a narrow recruiter role. You want to build a function, shape how we hire, and play a key role in scaling Omnea's team. You see this as a business-building opportunity.
You have a strong bias to action. You move fast, test ideas to find the right answer, and don't get stuck in process or theory. You can hire for both volume searches and niche, specialized roles. You thrive in ambiguity and execute with minimal guidance.
You're a clear, persuasive communicator. You write compelling outreach, pitch passive candidates effectively, conduct thoughtful behavioral and competency-based interviews, and can hold your own in strategic conversations with senior leadership.
You're proactive and crave accountability. You don't wait for instructions. You figure out what's needed and make it happen. You're generous with feedback and actively seek it. You raise the bar for those around you.
And you're simply a great human. You're collaborative, kind, low-ego. You want to win, but not at others' expense. You're mission-driven and genuinely excited about building something exceptional.
At Omnea, we embrace diversity. To build a product that's loved by everyone, we're best served by a team with all sorts of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't quite match the full job spec! And regardless of your race, religion, colour, gender, or anything else! If you think you could be a good fit for Omnea, please reach out.
