BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Tucson East Visits team. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plan, including administration of medication, wound care and treatments
- Perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and/or their family, and monitor patients' condition
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- Must have 1 year nursing experience
