About us
ReMind Health is a psychiatric provider group focused on geriatric patients needing psychiatry located in nursing homes, assisted living, substance abuse/recovery and skilled nursing facilities. Our aim is to provide mental health services to a segment of the community that is often “forgotten” during their rehabilitation and journey back to baseline health. Many of these patients will be discharging to their homes within several weeks. These patients require mental health support during these often difficult transitional times adapting to their new medical diagnosis. We currently have over 30 PMHNPs, Counselors and Psychiatrists working across 10 states and 45 facilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- In person rounding MWF (generally about 3-5 hours of in person rounding per day)
- Call responsibilities M-Sun though after hours and weekend calls will be rare.
- Timely charting
- Flexible schedule with ability to round morning or afternoon on rounding days
Compensation Package
- Full time W2 salary with incentive bonus available
- 1099 contractor position also available though would still be full time
- $115,000-$125,000 per year depending on experience
- Medical/Dental/Vision/Life/401K
- PTO
- Availability of MD/DO Psychiatrist or senior PMHNP for clinical guidance when needed
About You
- PMHNP with full, unencumbered AZ state license
- DEA license
- Experience in substance abuse and/or skilled nursing is preferred but not required
