We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our vibrant aesthetic medicine team. Responsibilities
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, and laser treatments with precision and care.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review, skin analysis, and treatment planning tailored to individual needs.
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-treatment care, and safety protocols to foster informed decision-making.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic and eClinicalWorks.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold the highest standards of infection control and aseptic technique during procedures.
- Collaborate with the team on patient care strategies, participate in clinical research projects related to aesthetic treatments, and stay current on industry advancements.
- Manage patient follow-ups, address concerns promptly, and provide ongoing support to optimize results and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Current Florida licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with certification in aesthetics or relevant specialty areas such as dermatology or plastic surgery preferred.
- Proven experience administering injections including botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, laser services, sclerotherapy, prp, etc
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to aesthetic procedures.
- Sales experience
- Excellent patient assessment skills coupled with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatment options and safety considerations.
