INTRODUCTION
NORTON WOMEN’S CARE is seeking American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology-certified or eligible obstetrics/gynecology physicians and obstetric hospitalists to join a network of more than 100 women’s care providers at multiple office locations throughout Greater Louisville, including Southern Indiana. Norton Women’s Care is part of Norton Medical Group, the physician practice division of Norton Healthcare in Louisville, Kentucky. Norton Medical Group provides a referral base of more than 3,000 providers, including nearly 300 adult primary care providers. Norton Women’s Care is a truly comprehensive women’s health program designed to support women at every stage of life, from adolescence through menopause and beyond. The program integrates a wide range of specialized services, making it one of the most robust and patient-centered women’s health networks in the region.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
OBSTETRIC HOSPITALISTS (INPATIENT ONLY)
Full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities available
- Full-time equivalent (FTE) 1.0 position equal to working a minimum of 77 (24-hour) shifts or 1,848 hours annually; work shifts/hours and compensation prorated based on the FTE
- Flexible self-scheduling, including 12-hour and 24-hour shifts
- Competitive annual base salary
- Opportunities for over $100,000 in sign-on bonus
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Doctorate Degree
- One of: DO or MD
