Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager specializing in Aviation and Infrastructure projects to lead complex construction initiatives from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee large-scale infrastructure developments, including airports, transportation hubs, and civil works, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of aviation and infrastructure construction projects by developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage project teams including contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout all phases of construction.
• Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings using software such as Civil 3D and Bluebeam.
• Utilize project management software including Primavera P6, Procore, Prolog, HeavyBid, and other construction management tools to monitor progress, update schedules, and track costs effectively.
• Ensure strict adherence to construction safety standards, building codes, environmental regulations, and contractual obligations across all sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality, progress against schedules, and compliance with design specifications.
• Manage project budgets by controlling costs through accurate estimating, cost management practices, and proactive change order management.
• Coordinate project schedules to optimize resource allocation while managing risks to prevent delays or budget overruns.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on project status for stakeholders; facilitate meetings to resolve issues promptly.
• Lead efforts in contract negotiations and administration while ensuring all contractual obligations are met with transparency and integrity.

Experience

• Proven experience managing large-scale aviation or civil infrastructure projects with a focus on commercial construction.
• Extensive background in construction scheduling using Primavera P6 or similar tools; adept at project schedule coordination.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and cost management strategies.
• Demonstrated ability managing teams in a construction management role with excellent leadership skills.
• Familiarity with construction regulatory compliance standards specific to civil engineering projects such as airports or transportation hubs.
• Hands-on experience reading blueprints and technical drawings; proficient in Civil 3D software is preferred.
• Solid understanding of contracts administration within the construction industry; experience with project management software like Procore or Prolog is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Excellent time management skills coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving in fast-paced environments.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
