About the Role

We are seeking qualified contractors to fulfill the role of an IT Live Helpdesk Support Representative, who will leverage their call center experience, customer service skills, problem solving, and attention to detail to deliver a positive customer experience. The right candidate will enjoy building relationships with customers, adapt quickly to change, and demonstrate grit that will inspire others to strive for superior results.



This opportunity is open to individuals located in San Antonio, TX and/or surrounding areas.

Contractors will be engaged and paid by a third-party payroll supplier, Experis / Manpower Group, which will serve as the employer of record for tax and compliance purposes.

Key Responsibilities

Core Duties

Respond to customer IT issues and service requests, providing friendly and professional first-level support.

Troubleshoot common technical issues using available knowledge resources and escalate issues when additional assistance is needed.

Accurately document, track, escalate, and follow up on incidents through resolution.

• Maintain timely communication with customers while working to meet established service-level expectations.

Deliverables or Project Scope

Provide timely first-level resolution or appropriate escalation of IT incidents and service requests.

Maintain complete and accurate documentation of troubleshooting activities and outcomes.

• Support customer satisfaction through professional communication and consistent follow-up.

Collaboration Tools or Platforms

IT incident/ticketing system, with ServiceNow experience preferred

Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office

• Support technologies related to network connectivity, printing, and email services

Qualifications

Associate's degree required

• 
  
  
Minimum 1 year of IT Help Desk call handling experience

Experience providing technical customer service in a help desk or call center environment

Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, network connectivity, printing, and email

• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ServiceNow

• Ability to effectively manage multiple requests while remaining calm and professional in a fast-paced support environment

Additional Information / Requirements

Ability to work remotely and reside within 30 minutes of San Antonio, TX

Compensation for contractor roles supporting Accenture is determined by the contractor’s employer, Experis / Manpower Group, and varies depending on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience.

We anticipate this contractor role will be posted until 11/20/2026.
