Virtual Store Remote Sales Agent

Our fast-growing and innovative company is looking for a Virtual Store Insurance Sales Agent to join our A-MAX Family. We are looking for candidates that have drive, ambition, and want to build a rewarding career. We want A-MAX Insurance to be your employer of choice!!!

An ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong sales mentality, desire to succeed, and good organizational/interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus. This is a remote position that will require candidates to have strong self-discipline and a distraction free work space.

We are currently looking for Resident Texas Active General Lines and Personal Lines P&C License candidates.

The position is fully remote but applicants MUST live in the state of Texas. In-Person training required.

BILINGUAL in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Ask probing questions to better understand your customer’s insurance needs
• Educate and recommend coverage choices based on individual needs
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and metrics
• Deliver consistent positive customer experience by promptly responding to customer inquiries in a timely and friendly manner via phone call, SMS, email or chat.
• Provide information on the various insurance products A-MAX offers i.e. auto, motorcycle, renters, home, travel, etc.
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual customer’s needs
• Provide excellent service by explaining features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to promote the sale of insurance plans.
• Reach out to policyholders daily to follow up on various matters such as, payment requests, suspensions, renewals, and policy cancellations.
• Attend meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new products and services, learn new skills, and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts.
• Complete continuing education courses as required to maintain active license status with TDI.
• Obtain and Retain Resident and Non-Resident insurance licensing in the required states.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid and current Resident Texas Personal Lines or General Lines Property & Casualty License for at least one year
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous Insurance Sales Experience required
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high volume call center environment

• The selected candidate must reside in Texas and be available to work during the Company's regular business hours.
• Maintain a reliable, high-speed internet connection sufficient to support video calls, company systems, and daily work responsibilities.
• Maintain a professional, distraction-free workspace suitable for performing job duties.
• Have the ability to work independently and remain available during scheduled working hours.
• Maintain reliable access to required company systems, applications, and communication tools.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of company and customer information while working remotely.
