Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce / Agentforce AI Integration Architect to support the design and scaling of enterprise automation and AI-enabled integration capabilities. - Wrap complex backend processes into agentic tools using Invocable Apex methods, advanced Salesforce Flows, and custom prompt templates.
- Design modular agent structures that avoid overloaded reasoning engines and support delegation across specialized autonomous agents.
- Establish API contracts, semantic endpoint definitions, trust filters, authentication boundaries, and data exposure guardrails.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, Salesforce administration, platform architecture, and security stakeholders.
- Author Architectural Decision Records that map high-level requirements to technical constraints, trade-offs, and design decisions.

Integration Architect Jobs in Texas: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a integration architect in Texas?
Integration architect roles in Texas do not require a state-issued license or registration. Most employers expect a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, followed by several years of hands-on integration development experience. Earning a vendor certification such as MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect or a Microsoft Azure Integration certification meaningfully strengthens a candidacy. Texas employers, particularly those in energy, finance, and healthcare, also value experience with enterprise-scale systems in their specific industries.
Which companies hire integration architects in Texas?
Employers hiring integration architects in Texas right now include Riveron, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), and Dal-Tile, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Texas's concentration of large enterprise headquarters in energy, financial services, and telecommunications means the state consistently generates openings at organizations with complex, multi-system integration needs.
Which Texas cities have the most integration architect jobs?
Dallas, Houston, and Plano have the most integration architect openings in Texas. Dallas leads due to its dense concentration of corporate headquarters and financial services firms, Houston's energy sector and large medical center complex drive sustained demand there, and Austin's fast-growing enterprise technology community anchors activity in the capital region.
Are there remote integration architect jobs in Texas?
Yes, and more than most technical fields. About 9% of integration architect openings tied to Texas are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, reflecting the largely design-and-configuration nature of the work. Roles focused on architecture planning, API design, and documentation tend to be the most amenable to full remote arrangements, while positions that require coordinating live system cutovers or on-site stakeholder workshops are more likely to require some in-person presence.
How can I get hired as a integration architect in Texas with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through a junior integration developer or middleware developer role, where you build hands-on experience with platforms such as MuleSoft or Azure before moving into architecture. Large Texas employers in healthcare IT and financial services regularly hire associate integration engineers as a feeder track. Earning an entry-level vendor certification and building a portfolio of personal or open-source integration projects gives candidates a concrete edge. Texas-based tech consulting firms also hire junior integration staff and train them on client engagements.
Where can I find and apply to integration architect jobs in Texas?
You can find and apply to integration architect jobs in Texas on Migrate Mate, which lists current Texas openings across industries and experience levels. Find roles that fit your background and apply directly to the ones that match.
