JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida is seeking a board-certified Non-Invasive Cardiologist with level II-III expertise and interest in Interventional Echocardiography to join our full-time academic faculty. Candidates with additional training in multi-modality imaging (cardiac MRI, CT, nuclear) are also strongly encouraged to apply, and have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our Cardiovascular Section in the Department of Radiology.
- We anticipate the candidate’s practice to include 60% interventional planning and procedural imaging and 40% clinical outpatient which includes assisting in the development and implementation of our multi-disciplinary valve clinic.
- As a key member of the Structural Heart Team, the candidate will participate in and support transcatheter interventions such as transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), Watchman, mitral and tricuspid valve repair/replacement, and paravalvular leak closures, amongst others.
- Qualified physicians should be willing to participate in clinical practice, research and teaching.
- Mount Sinai's cardiologists are highly qualified in treating a wide range of problems – from arrhythmia and atrial fibrillation, to congenital heart disease, pulmonary hypertension and other diseases of the heart.

- Board certified/ Board eligible – Cardiac MRI, CT, Nuclear (optional)
- Florida License- required
