Real Estate Investment Sales Representative – Acquisitions
Pay: $50,000–$100,000 per year (Estimated Total Compensation: Base + Commissions)
Location: Miami, FL 33138 | Full-Time | In Office
About Us
Optimal Home Buyers is a Florida-based real estate investment company with nearly a decade of experience and hundreds of deals closed. We specialize in acquiring and selling off-market properties and are known for our speed, integrity, and win-win approach with sellers and investors.
We're a lean, high-performance team that values work ethic, coachability, accountability, and ownership. As we expand our in-office team in Miami, we're looking for ambitious, long-term team players who want real opportunity — not just another sales job.
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated, sales-driven Real Estate Investment Sales Representative to join our acquisitions team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves talking to people, building relationships, and pursuing sales opportunities, and who wants to develop a long-term career in real estate investment sales.
Initially, your primary focus will be lead management, qualifying motivated sellers, consistent follow-up, and identifying acquisition opportunities.
You'll work directly alongside the company owner and experienced acquisitions closers, receiving hands-on coaching in sales, negotiations, property evaluations, and real estate investment transactions.
As you develop your skills and demonstrate results, you'll have the opportunity to take on greater responsibilities, including presenting offers, negotiating purchase agreements, and eventually managing your own acquisition transactions.
We're looking for someone who is hungry to learn, willing to put in the work, and excited about the opportunity to grow into a high-performing acquisitions professional.
Previous real estate investing experience is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with motivated homeowners.
- Make 100+ outbound calls per day to new leads, active prospects, and existing database opportunities.
- Target 2+ hours of daily talk time, focusing on meaningful seller conversations.
- Build rapport, uncover seller motivation, and qualify acquisition opportunities through effective discovery calls.
- Generate and schedule qualified seller appointments for the company owner and acquisitions closer to present offers and negotiate contracts.
- Consistently follow up with active prospects and reactivate older leads from our existing database.
- Maintain an organized CRM pipeline, accurate seller information, and timely follow-up tasks.
- Identify qualified opportunities and coordinate next steps with the acquisitions team.
- Participate in daily sales training, roleplays, and performance coaching.
- Learn property evaluations, offer presentations, and negotiation strategies, with opportunities to advance into a full acquisitions closing role.
- Meet and exceed daily activity goals, qualified appointment targets, and monthly performance KPIs.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of proven sales experience (real estate, inside sales, or high-ticket phone sales preferred).
- Excellent communication skills — must be great on the phone.
- Strong follow-up habits, persistence, and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, competitive, goal-driven, and resilient.
- Highly coachable, accountable, and open to feedback.
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and performance-based compensation.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable managing leads in a CRM.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in real estate investing.
- Long-term mindset with a desire to grow professionally and financially.
- Available full-time, in person, and willing to work most Saturdays (typically a half-day).
Compensation & Growth Path
- Base Salary: $3,000–$4,000/month, based on experience and qualifications.
- Performance-Based Commissions: Additional earnings based on results and closed transactions.
- First-Year Earning Potential: $60,000–$90,000 for successful performers.
- Long-Term Earning Potential: $100,000–$120,000+ as you grow into a full acquisitions role.
- Opportunity to advance into senior acquisitions and leadership positions.
- Full training, proven systems, inbound leads, and direct coaching from company leadership.
