Duties
- L1 – L2 experienced Systems Engineer to support EUC users, from support, implementation, and maintenance of our critical IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to users, security of endpoints and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.
Location : Santa Clara, California, United States (USA)
Role :
- L1 - L2 tech troubleshooting skills, Windows laptop provisioning (strong Windows 11 user support experience and moderate MacOS support)
- Help desk user support skills
- Experience with Microsoft environment with AD, AAD, M365
- Intune MDM experience or related
- Hardware support with laptops, monitors, and peripherals
- Develop and enforce best practices for system architecture, security, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with other technical teams (Network, Collaboration & Server) and security teams to integrate and enhance system capabilities.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.
- Microsoft licensing/ subscription, Copilot and AI inclined
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational security policies.
- Document user SOP, configurations, and procedures for future reference.
