We are currently seeking an experienced, results-driven IT Project Manager. This is a long term contract hybrid position (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday on-site). Responsibilities:
- Lead a critical, net-new PowerPlan implementation project
- Own the end-to-end execution of the project plan, manage multi-vendor environments, and act as the central point of contact for senior leadership
- Drive the end-to-end execution of the overall PowerPlan implementation project plan, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within scope
- Act as the primary liaison and coordinator across multiple external vendors and internal technical teams
- Actively manage and track the project budget, identifying risks and variance early
- Deliver clear, concise project updates and strategic insights to senior leadership
- Establish and maintain weekly scorecards, status updates, and health dashboards to keep all teams aligned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of relevant IT project management experience
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT or relevant field of study
- Background working within the Energy or Utilities sector is a strong plus
- Proven track record of owning large-scale software or ERP implementation project plans from inception to deployment
- Proficiency with standard PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) and executive reporting frameworks (scorecards, KPIs)
