Internship program dates: June 8 - August 21, 2026
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Pursuing an undergraduate, masters, or PhD in a relevant subject
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
This internship will focus on implementation of the company Culture of Quality Program, enhancement of the Quality communication strategies (webpage, newsletters, informational sessions, etc) and creation of a storyboard for the Quality department.
The Quality department has a key objective in 2026 to implement and evolve various programs to enable excellence across the organization. This is an opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of quality management principles and the importance of a strong culture of quality within an organization. You will contribute to meaningful projects that shape and enhance the culture of quality, positively impacting the organization as a whole, and engage in cross-functional collaboration, building professional relationships across different areas of the company.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- N/A – this is an independent contributor role
COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Expert experience with digital media software such as Sway, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Sharepoint, Clipchamp, etc.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to think strategically to develop a comprehensive program leveraging personal expertise and colleague feedback
- Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to independently schedule meetings and facilitate data collection and analysis
- Experience with graphic design and content creation

PAY RATES:
Bachelors: $27/hour USD
Masters: $30/hour USD

SALARY RANGE:
