Skobel's School Uniforms is a family-owned business with 50 years in school uniforms. Based in New Orleans, we also operate stores in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Boise. We partner with schools to make the uniform process simple so parents and school leaders can focus on their students. We are known for a supportive, non-corporate work environment and very low employee turnover.
The Opportunity
We are building a team of early-career sales reps and will train you from the ground up. No sales experience is required. If you are a recent college or community college graduate who is competitive, coachable, and comfortable talking to people, this is a place to start a sales career with real earning potential and a clear path to grow.
You will represent our established San Francisco store. Most of your time will go into making cold calls and meeting decision makers.
What You'll Do
- Meet with principals, administrators, and school boards to sign new school uniform partnerships.
- Visit schools in San Francisco and follow up on leads by phone, email, and in person.
- Present our uniform program to school leaders, in person or online.
- Work with management on pricing proposals and contracts.
- Log every school activity in our CRM.
- Meet weekly with your manager to review your pipeline and results.
What We're Looking For
- Associate or bachelor's degree, or graduating soon. 0 to 2 years of work experience.
- No sales experience required. Experience in customer service, retail, athletics, campus organizations, or schools is a plus.
- Competitive and goal-driven, with the motivation to earn more by performing.
- Coachable and eager to learn a proven sales process.
- Confident speaking with adults in leadership roles.
- Organized and able to manage your own weekly schedule.
- Basic computer skills, including Google Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation & Benefits
- Expected total compensation in year one: $70,000 - $125,000
- Top performers: reps who sign twice the target earn $100,000+ per year

- Full-time, Monday to Friday, during school hours
- Most of your time is spent in the field visiting schools
