Labor Relations Manager - Columbia, Westchester, Corporate Office
In this role, under the guidance of the Director of Labor & Employee Relations, you will provide consultation on grievances, initiate and maintain satisfactory relations between the respective union leaders and management. You'll support contract negotiations, labor agreements, and draft applicable documentation. In addition, manage grievance procedures, and administer labor/management relations.
This is a full time, day shift position working 4 days at one of the following locations: Columbia, Westchester, Corporate Office and the ability to work 1 day remotely.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 6 years of Human Resources experience with an emphasis on Labor Relations
- In-depth knowledge of labor relations and working knowledge of contractual obligations and implementation
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and communication and demonstrated an aptitude for labor-related problem-solving policy setting
PREFERRED CRITERIA
- Master's in a related field
- Project Management experience

COMPENSATION
- Salary Range: $121,000-$169,000/Annual
