Legal authorization to work in the United States is required. We do not provide visa sponsorship for this position.Available Shifts
- Day Shift: Wednesday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM; an alternative schedule of five 8-hour shifts is also available
- Overnight Shift: Shifts may include either five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts
- Shift Differential – 15%-20% for eligible evening and overnight hours
- No on-call requirements
- Relocation Bonus Available!
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Support lifesaving patient care by resolving complex immunohematology and compatibility issues in our full-service, accredited Immunohematology Reference Laboratory. Join a lab culture that values communication, continuous learning, and shared expertise.
What You’ll Do:
- Work in a full-service, accredited Immunohematology Reference Laboratory
- Resolve complex immunohematology and compatibility issues to ensure the safest blood for patients
- Deliver excellent customer service
What You'll Need:
- National certification as MT/CLS/MLS with ASCP, AAB or AMT, including immunohematology
- Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory, Chemical, or Biological Science
- Familiarity with blood banking
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
Preferred:
- SBB(ASCP) or BB(ASCP) certification
