- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and clients to ensure exceptional service.
- Manage laboratory budgets, inventory, and operational expenses.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of laboratory personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in clinical laboratory, chemical or biological science required
- Successful completion of a Clinical Laboratory training program
- Current license as a Supervisor in the specialty/specialties by the laboratory section in the State of Florida
- ASCP certification required (MLS, MT, or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of clinical laboratory experience
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of laboratory regulations, quality systems, and accreditation standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in high-volume reference laboratory, a plus
