Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified California Land Surveyor / LS. This full-time position involves boundary resolution, drafting and construction staking calcs.
Responsibilities:
· Provide construction staking calculations using AutoCAD Civil 3D, including work related to site grading and utilities for residential and commercial projects.
· Assist with project boundary resolution, survey data reduction, and other survey-related office tasks.
· Collaborate with the survey team and other departments on a wide range of projects, from small infill to master-planned communities.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 3-5 years of office experience in land surveying.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (2023 preferred)
· Experience in construction staking is a plus
· Field experience is a plus
· A solid understanding of boundary principles
· Licensing Requirement: Land Surveyor (LS)
