- Supplier performance management, including governance rhythms, scorecards/metrics, and remediation planning.
- Cost analysis and total cost of ownership (TCO) modeling to support sourcing recommendations.
- Risk management across technology sourcing (e.g., third-party risk considerations, compliance alignment, and continuity planning).
- Working knowledge of security controls and how they are incorporated into supplier onboarding and contractual obligations.
What you’ll bring

Lead Management Jobs in Chicago: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a lead management job in Chicago?
Focus your search on the Loop's financial and professional services firms, River North's agency and tech employers, and Fulton Market's growing roster of mid-size SaaS and marketing technology companies. Chicago's market rewards candidates who can show experience with CRM platforms and pipeline reporting, since both B2B and B2C employers here expect hands-on systems proficiency. Tailoring your resume to the specific vertical, whether finance, tech, or professional services, sharpens your fit considerably.
Which companies hire lead managements in Chicago?
Employers hiring lead managements in Chicago right now include Aon, AT&T, and Mars, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Chicago's market draws from a broad mix of corporate headquarters, regional offices of national brands, and fast-growing mid-market firms, giving candidates a wide range of company sizes and cultures to target.
Are there remote lead management jobs in Chicago?
Yes, though availability depends on the role: analytical and CRM-focused lead management positions tend to be more remote-friendly than hands-on sales operations or in-person account coordination roles. About 100% of lead management openings tied to Chicago are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting employer flexibility on workflow-heavy tasks. Strategy, reporting, and automation-focused functions are the most likely to offer fully remote arrangements.
How can I get a lead management job in Chicago with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Chicago is through a sales development representative or marketing coordinator role at one of the city's many mid-size B2B tech or professional services firms, which regularly promote internally into lead management functions. River North and Fulton Market startups often hire entry-level CRM administrators who grow into lead management responsibilities quickly. Building proficiency in a major CRM platform and earning a vendor certification, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, gives Chicago candidates a concrete edge over applicants without system credentials.
Which industries hire the most lead managements in Chicago?
Most lead management openings in Chicago sit in Banking & Financial Services, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Chicago's concentration of corporate headquarters, financial institutions, and a maturing technology sector creates sustained, year-round demand for professionals who can manage and convert pipeline efficiently across complex sales cycles.
